Its all in the mind.
It seems very obvious and so it is, and is actually not something to think about in a different way, that worry and fear are two different things. The one thing common in them is that both the words refer to something not very happy and demanding. Worry - feel or cause to feel anxious or troubled about actual or potential problems. Fear - unpleasant emotion caused by the threat of danger, pain, or harm. O r, to be afraid of. That's how google defines the two words. If you ask me, how would i define the two words... i'll be like... umm... lemme think... And the best i can come up with is this- If i bite my finger nails, i am worried or anxious. And if my heart is pounding, and i can hear it even in the most noisy surrounding, then fear has taken over me. Mine is just a vague description, you now what it is... and you don't need to define it to yourself.
