One less problem.
You have been anxious about something definitely, and haven't had your thoughts clear in a long time. And poof! Here come the words of wisdom. :b
Every person faces problems once in a while. Even if a person stays happy and has nothing to worry about for a long time, don't envy them, they'll have something to deal with soon. Sure thing that problems do arise with too much happiness at times. :b
Problems arise, and they come with solutions, just hidden somewhere within the problem itself. You just have to untangle all the bits and strands.
Maths is a great subject. Some don't agree, but let me tell you- you got to learn how to solve problems in real life from it.
If given a sum in maths, you know there are going to be some steps or formulas that you need to apply to solve it. In the same way, to solve a problem in your life, you'll have to think about the ways in which you can possibly deal with it. The ways can be most straight forward, as in just placing values in a formula and getting an end result, or the most bizarre, where you'll have to try multiple ways of solving it. Any way you do it, it works and you get an end result.
Some problems though, can not be solved in any ways by you. Yes. when i say you got to learn something from math, i mean it. What is tan90? What is anything divided by 0? These problems are undefined.
In the same way, at times there are no possible solutions to your problem. And when this head of yours does not digest it, you start getting anxious. you start to worry. why? because you are letting the problem eat you.
Every thing is temporary, even you problems. Time heals everything, and maybe you find your solution in time. :)
So worrying about something will just make it worse, and even if there is a solution to it, you'll be too stressed to find it.
Relaxing yourself is the best way to find solutions. Everyone tells you to relax when you are worried, and it is actually supposed to work. To make it work though, you actually need to shrug your shoulder a little, and let go for a while. Listen to songs, take a shower, go for a walk, watch something hilarious, read, and so much more you can do to make it happen. You should realise, that by doing all of this, you are just providing yourself with time. Who knows, the solution to your problem might as well shoot into this brain of yours while doing all those things that make you relaxed. :)
"When there is a problem, and you know you can do something about it, then you don't need to worry.
When there is a problem, and you know you can't do anything about it, then why to worry?"
Amazing yeah? :D
This is something i ask myself pretty often now, (yes, i fall into a lot of problems) and it actually works.

This is so true. I'm like Harry nowadays. I don't go looking for trouble. Trouble usually finds me :")
